✨ Workelo reports allow you to easily analyze the performance of your journeys and measure employee engagement.
🔗 With this consolidated data, you can track the progress of onboarding, internal mobility and offboarding, while collecting valuable feedback to continuously improve your employee experience.
ℹ️ This article covers only the default analysis reports, and not:
- the bulk management feature for administrative forms ⇒ see dedicated documentation.
- technical flow reports (API, SFTP, connectors) ⇒ see dedicated documentation.
View my reports
1. In your side menu, click on the "Analytics" tab then on the "Reports" page
2. Click on the report you want to view, for example:
Onboarding tracking
Survey tracking
Quiz tracking
Pulse-check tracking
Compliment tracking
...
3. You can filter the report columns, or download the full report by clicking "Export".
✉️ For your convenience, we recommend sending yourself the report by email by clicking on the small dedicated icon. This allows you to receive it directly in your inbox without waiting for it to load on the platform.
Description of each default report
💡These reports are native and cannot be customized.

For onboarding (identifiable via the blue icon)
◦ Onboarding tracking : tracking of triggered journeys including the trigger date, the first and last login date, the status and completion percentage of the journey, and the action completion tracking
◦ Survey tracking : tracking of survey completion status per employee + access to details available
◦ Survey details : detailed survey responses per survey per candidate
◦ Quiz tracking : tracking of quiz completion status, score and number of attempts + access to details available
◦ Pulse-check tracking : tracking of Truth Moment responses per employee with comments
◦ Compliment tracking : tracking of the Truth Moment sent at W+3 on the arrival day with comments
• Apprentice tracking: tracking of CERFA completion status per employee -
For offboarding (identifiable via the yellow icon)
◦ Departure analysis : dashboard showing the number of departures, the company and experience ratings left by the candidate, departure types and reasons.
- The "Departure types" value comes from the identification field of the same name.
- The "Reasons for leaving" value comes from the exit interview.
- The "Ratings" values come from the "Experience feedback" resource.
◦ Offboarding tracking : tracking of triggered offboarding journeys including the departure type, reason, trigger date, departure date, status and completion percentage of the journey per candidate
◦ Experience feedback : information collected in the experience feedback including company and experience ratings per candidate, their positive and negative memories.
💡 As this survey is anonymous, it is populated from 5 responses onwards.
◦ Alumni : the list of employees who have agreed to be part of your alumni community
◦ Exit interview : tracking of exit interview completion status per employee + access to details available
