    🚀 'Journeys' module,

To easily track the volume and statuses of launched journeys

    mceclip0.png

You will find several charts and data points:

    • "Triggered" journeys = all launched journeys regardless of their status, broken down by arrival date or the organization they are linked to
    • "Active" journeys = active journeys, meaning those with a status of "invitation sent" or "in progress", and not "draft", "closed" or "canceled"

📑 All data available in the panels can be exported using the "Download CSV" button.

    💙 'Satisfaction' module,

To instantly identify your employees' level of engagement

    mceclip1.png

You will find the evolution of your satisfaction scores across the different moments of truth via the pulse-check variable, with the ability to filter by the moment of your choice.

💡 For more information on this data, please refer to the documentation dedicated to moments of truth.

    💬 'Surveys' module,

To easily track responses to questions asked to employees

    mceclip2.png

You can analyse responses to the surveys included in your journeys in one click.

💡The analyzable questions are only those in the "Scale of 1 to 10", "Multiple choice" and "Single choice" formats, and not "Free text".

To add a question, click on the "Add a module" button > select the survey > then the question.

Only questions with at least one response and matching one of the allowed formats will appear.

Once added, the module is saved in your tab.

To delete a module, simply click on the bin icon.
