Thanks to electronic signature, obtain the signature of any document (e.g., employment contract, regulation) quickly and securely.
This feature allows you to:
- Integrate documents (Word) including tags that will automatically populate based on the information collected during the journey
- Automatically generate the document to be signed once all the tags are completed
- Send the document for signature to one or more signatories in a chosen order
- Track the progress of document signatures
- Once the document is signed, the client can download a proof file (a zip file that allows legal certification of the signature) and download the signed document by all signatories (pdf).
We use the Yousign tool 🇫🇷 to handle electronic signatures.
