The accessibility widget makes the Workelo platform accessible to all users, regardless of their needs. It offers predefined profiles to meet the main accessibility requirements, while also allowing for customized personalization. This tool ensures an inclusive experience that respects differences.
👉 Use the profile that suits your needs
Access the accessibility widget and activate a predefined profile based on your needs:
- Profile for epilepsy: Removes flashing and softens colors to limit the risk of seizures.
- Profile for visually impaired users: Enhances visual elements for better readability.
- Profile for hyperactive individuals: Reduces visual distractions to improve focus.
- Profile for cognitive disabilities: Simplifies the layout to aid reading and concentration.
- Profile for people with reduced mobility: Optimizes keyboard navigation.
If none of the predefined profiles suit your needs, you can customize the widget settings:
- Adjust colors and contrasts.
- Change font sizes.
- Enable or disable specific elements.
This customization ensures an experience perfectly tailored to your individual needs.

- Simplicity and clarity: Choose the profile that best fits your needs to quickly improve navigation.
- Hide the widget: If you don’t need accessibility options, click the "Hide" button to remove the widget while keeping it available for other users.
- Content accessibility and smoothness: With this add-on, we make the elements of the platform under our control accessible. However, much of the experience depends on you. We encourage you to ensure that the resources added to the path are accessible to everyone and comply with the standards established by the RGAA.
