Introduction ✨
It is now easy to see who created, modified, or deleted an item in Workelo.
Activities currently include journeys, employees, and form fields. Other items will be added over time.
What you should know
- Activities prior to January 5th 2026 are not visible.
- A user can only see the activities of the items within their scope.
- The activities of a deleted employee are retained but anonymized.
- The activities of creating and deleting an item are accessible at the index level (e.g., list of journeys or list of employees) and retained for up to 12 months after deletion.
- Modification activities are accessible at the level of the item concerned and are kept for 12 months.
- The author of an activity can be:
- A user on the account
- The Workelo API
- An integration with a third-party tool
NB: only integrations for creating onboarding paths are currently named. For others, the author displayed is "Workelo".
