Customize the account 🎨

  • Manage account (and environment) customization 🫟

    ⚠️ Prerequisite: Access to this tab requires the "Edit account customization" authorization.

    Go to the "account" section > "Customization"

    Here, you can customize the visual properties of your Workelo account at the:

    • main account level
    • environment level

    You have the choice of:

    1. Logo
    2. Text color code
    3. Banners for different pages for the collaborator or the actor.

    💡 If no customization has been applied to an environment, the properties of the main account will be applied by default.

     

    🙋 When you update the existing logo, the adjustment may not be immediately visible. This is because your browser has saved a previous version of the logo in its cache. Clear your cache to display the new logo.

  • Customizing stakeholders 🎭

     ⚠️ Prerequisite: Customizing stakeholders requires the permission "Edit stakeholder descriptions".

    Customize the names and descriptions of the stakeholders you can involve in your journeys to better reflect your company's organization.
     

    ✨ How to do it?

    1. Go to the Account > Advanced page;
    2. Open the Stakeholders section;
    3. Edit the names and descriptions of the stakeholders according to your organization.

    🙋 Good to know:

    🔢 The name is limited to 25 characters

    👥 This configuration applies to your entire account, across all environments and languages

    🧑‍💻 The platform offers 5 involvements/stakeholders; it is not possible to create additional ones

     

    💡 Our recommendations

    • Keep names clear and easy to identify;
    • Make sure the chosen names match your internal vocabulary;
    • Communicate these changes to your teams to ensure a shared understanding;
    • If you work in an international context, enter stakeholder descriptions in English rather than in French.
