Customize the names and descriptions of the stakeholders you can involve in your journeys to better reflect your company's organization.
✨ How to do it?
- Go to the Account > Advanced page;
- Open the Stakeholders section;
- Edit the names and descriptions of the stakeholders according to your organization.

🔢 The name is limited to 25 characters
👥 This configuration applies to your entire account, across all environments and languages
🧑💻 The platform offers 5 involvements/stakeholders; it is not possible to create additional ones
💡 Our recommendations
- Keep names clear and easy to identify;
- Make sure the chosen names match your internal vocabulary;
- Communicate these changes to your teams to ensure a shared understanding;
- If you work in an international context, enter stakeholder descriptions in English rather than in French.
